The Acceleration Impact Test System for Batteries can perform impact tests with various pulse waveforms, including half-sine, square, and sawtooth waves, simulating real-world impact energy levels experienced in practical use. This enables systematic improvement and optimization of product and packaging design.

  • Fully Automated Operation
    Based on a Windows operating system with a fully automated impact test workflow and user-friendly control interface. Operators simply input test parameters, and the system automatically configures and controls the test for accurate execution.
  • Secondary Impact Prevention
    The system includes a secondary impact braking device. When the impact table falls freely and rebounds, a hydraulic brake piston engages to prevent a second unintended impact, ensuring more accurate test results.
  • High-Efficiency Vibration Isolation Structure
    The impact platform is equipped with advanced vibration dampening. For impact tables up to 350 × 350 mm, no dedicated foundation is required, simplifying installation.
  • Digital Impact Height Control
    Impact height is digitally set; the impact platform automatically rises to the specified height with high control precision and repeatability of test data.
  • Integrated Force Measurement System
    The configured impact measurement system displays impact energy data and waveform in real time.
