- Control System
PLC-based touch-screen operation enables intuitive control and reliable workflow management. - Agitation & Lift Drive System
A servo-driven agitator and screw lift mechanism seamlessly combine rotation and lift functions. Batteries are automatically transferred from the heated wash solution into the drying chamber after agitation. - Wash Tank
A standalone SUS316 acid- and alkali-resistant stainless steel tank with internal titanium alloy anti-rust heating elements. The stove-like structure provides uniform wash heating and precise lift control. - Drying System
An independent SUS304 stainless steel hot-air drying chamber with ceramic heating elements and a forced hot-air circulation system driven by a motorized fan ensures rapid drying. - Solution Recovery Tank
A rear-mounted SUS316 stainless steel recovery tank handles acid/alkaline solution mixing and post-test reclaiming of wash fluid. - Drainage Function
A manual ball valve at the rear base allows convenient drainage of recovered water to an external outlet. - Auxiliary Features
