This High-Altitude Low-Pressure Battery Test Chamber is designed to simulate high-altitude, low-pressure environments for battery samples. It evaluates whether batteries meet applicable safety and performance standards under reduced atmospheric pressure conditions commonly encountered at high elevations.
Main Components & Structure
- Control System: PLC with touchscreen human–machine interface.
- Vacuum System: A vacuum pump connected to the cylindrical chamber via control components creates and maintains the target low-pressure environment.
- Auxiliary Features: Explosion-proof observation window; internal lighting; door safety interlocks; emergency stop protection; mobility with leveling and locking feet.
