The hot roller press machine is mainly designed for the electric calendaring of battery electrodes in the laboratory. It is suitable for thinning and increasing the tap density of electrode sheets, and thus increases the energy density of the battery cells. It is also used to press small amounts of precious metal materials such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous materials such as copper and aluminum with the temperature controlled. The rolling thickness is adjustable and the operation is simple.
