Installation Requirements
- Floor load capacity ≥ 1500 kg/m², drainage trench around equipment (300×300 mm).
- Laboratory space ≥ W7500 × D6000 × H4000 mm.
- Indoor lighting ≥ 200 lumens.
- Equipped with a fire-fighting water supply or tap water for battery fire suppression.
- Install a smoke extraction hood above the test area, height ≥4.5 m, not interfering with overhead cranes; air exhaust rate ≥90× lab volume per hour.
- Explosion relief vents and fresh-air inlets required.
- For jib crane option: foundation pit 1500 × 1500 × 1500 mm, with embedded anchor frame and concrete reinforcement.
