The Battery Combustion & Jet Flame Test System is designed to evaluate the fire-resistance and combustion characteristics of batteries by igniting gas at the bottom of the test specimen and observing the reaction. The Battery Combustion & Jet Flame Test System verifies whether a battery burns completely, explodes, or causes components to penetrate a specified wire mesh under standard burn duration conditions.

A gas cylinder (provided by the customer) is connected to the right side of the machine. Gas flows through control components and piping to a Bunsen burner, which is ignited by a high-voltage ignition needle above the burner to generate a stable jet flame for testing. - Auxiliary Safety Features
