Customized LiPF6 Electrolyte for Lithium-ion Battery

We make customized LiPF6 electrolyte solutions with the formula provided. The blending is performed in a dry room to confirm that moisture and acid are well controlled. The acid and moisture content are tested before packaging. 

Apart from the electrolyte formula provided by customers, we have some regular electrolyte formulas for high power (high rate capability) cells, high voltage (4.5V, 5.0V) cells, LiMn2O4 spinel cells, Si-C anode cells, High-nickel cathode cell. Contact our electrolyte expert for more information.

The composition can be as follows: 

• Electrolyte salt: LiPF6, LiBF4, LiBOB, LiDFOB (from 0.1% ~ 16% by weight);
• High purity solvent (99.9%+, with moisture<20ppm): EC, PC, EMC, DMC, DEC, EA (any ratio by weight/volume);
• Additive: a combination of VC, FEC, 1, 3-PS, VEC, DTD, and others.

The specifications may vary depending on the composition of the electrolyte, but in most cases, when regular electrolyte additives are used, the following standard will be met. 

• Moisture <20 ppm
• Acid <50 ppm
• Chromaticity <50 Hazen
