This electrode sheet is based on copper foil coated with graphite on a single side and is used as the anode for Li-Ion battery – 5 sheets/pack.
Because it is a single-side coated, curling may occur after calendering. The sheets were already calendered in a controlled manner so there is little curling. Further calendering is strongly suggested at the customer’s site to improve the packing density, electronic conductivity, and binding of electrode materials.

The electrodes need to be vacuum-dried at 105 ℃ for at least 4 hours before being transferred into a glovebox.
